Create your own hypophosphatasia (HPP) symptom tracker.

Use the HPP symptom tracker to help guide a conversation with your doctor about HPP.

Instructions:

  1. Enter your age or your child's age.
  2. Look over the HPP symptoms in the tracker and mark any current signs and symptoms.
  3. Think about past signs and symptoms and mark those as well.
Tip: If you are an adult and you think you may have HPP, ask your parents or caregivers about any childhood symptoms you may have had—many people with HPP discover that they lost teeth very early, a hallmark sign of HPP.
  4. Bring this tracker to your doctor at your next appointment and use it to discuss whether or not these signs and symptoms could be related to HPP.
